Kimi Pryor is an artist and curator based in Philadelphia. She received her BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2002 and MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in 2016, where she was a recipient of a PAFA Merit Scholarship and Graduate Grant and winner of the Murray Dessner Memorial Travel Prize. She was a 2020-2025 member of AUTOMAT Collective, founded the Philadelphia-based studio visit blog phillypeer.com, and exhibits in New York and locally, with recent shows at Funhouse Gallery, Gross McCleaf, and Da Vinci Art Alliance in Philadelphia, and XoXo Gallery in Baltimore, MD. She is the founder and organizer of Painters Get A Beer, a regular meet-up for Philadelphia-based painters, and lives in the Germantown neighborhood with her husband.
